Pacific Calls understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.  Please review our shipping policies below.  However, if special arrangements are necessary, please contact us via email to orders@pacificcustomcalls.com, we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Continental United States

Pacific Calls uses USPS service on all shipments within the continental United States unless otherwise noted by the customer.  Please allow 2-4 days for processing/assembly, and an additional 2-4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and which product(s) you choose.

You will be given a tracking number for your shipment via email when your order has been processed.

We can ship to Canada but are only able to reliably ship through FedEx. If you are in Canada and are looking to purchase a call please contact us via email at orders@pacificcustomcalls.com. We will be happy to assist you.
